Sonny Styles Measurements
Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles has maintained his impressive measurements, coming in at 6-foot-5, 244 pounds with a 32 ⅞-inch arm length and an 80 ⅞-inch wingspan. These numbers are nearly identical to his preseason measurables, which is a positive sign for his draft prospects.

Arvell Reese Measurements
Ohio State edge rusher Arvell Reese is among the top-rated prospects in this year's draft class. His measurements at the NFL Combine won't do anything to dissuade teams with top selections from taking him early in the draft. Reese measured in at 6-foot-4, 241 pounds with 32 ½-inch arms and a wingspan of 79 ½ inches.

Cashius Howell Arm Length
Texas A&M edge rusher Cashius Howell is among the top players at his position in the 2026 NFL Draft class. However, his shorter arm length has been a point of contention for evaluators. At the NFL Combine, Howell's arms measured 30 ¼ inches with a 74 ¼-inch wingspan.
According to MockDraftable, Howell's arm length would be the shortest of any edge rusher prospect since at least 2010, as well as the second-shortest among defensive line prospects. His wingspan would be the second-shortest among edge rushers and fourth-shortest among defensive linemen since at least 2010.
Howell responded to the concerns about his arm length by saying, "I feel like I'm made in the name, image and likeness of my lord and savior Jesus Christ. That's just the cards that I was dealt. I'm going to do everything in my power to perfect my technique and perfect my craft in whatever way possible to make sure my game translates at the next level."

Rueben Bain Jr. Arm Length
Miami (FL) edge rusher Rueben Bain Jr. is expected to be among the top edge rushing prospects in the draft. However, one of the evaluators' chief concerns was Bain's arm length. At the NFL Combine, Bain measured in with 30 ⅞-inch arms, which is in the first percentile among edge rushers and defensive linemen since at least 2010, according to MockDraftable's database.
Bain's wingspan of 77 ½ inches is in the 10th percentile among edge rushers and 13th among defensive linemen since at least 2010, per MockDraftable.

Bears Receiving Calls on Potential Trade Targets
According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, several teams have called the Chicago Bears to inquire about the availability of defensive tackle Gervon Dexter, wide receiver DJ Moore, and backup quarterback Tyson Bagent in a possible trade. Dexter has 13.5 sacks in 49 games (33 starts) for the Bears across three seasons, while Moore is coming off of his eighth season – and third in Chicago – which featured career lows of 50 catches for 682 yards.

Jets and Titans Complete Player-for-Player Trade
The New York Jets are sending edge rusher Jermaine Johnson to the Tennessee Titans for defensive tackle T'Vondre Sweat, according to multiple reports. The trade reunites Johnson with former Jets head coach Robert Saleh, who took over as the Titans' head coach earlier this offseason. It also opens New York up to draft one of the top edge rushers available with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft come April.
